A shifting territory unfolds between the material and the immaterial, where objects, bodies, and atmospheres exist in a constant state of becoming. Developed within the framework of the InSitu Master programme at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp, Transmission Inside Out emerged from an ongoing dialogue with artist John Dillard around liminality, perception, and the transformative potential of art.

Conceived as a collaborative exhibition, the project inhabits a threshold space—a third realm where the artificial acquires a fragile sense of life and fixed categories begin to dissolve. Through concrete, steel, glass, water, ceramics, silicone, textiles, light, and sound, the installation proposes an environment shaped by its only certainty: change.
