Incantation Ploy
A world suspended between prophecy and simulation unfolds, where enchantment becomes a technology of control and reality is shaped through competing narratives. The Incantation Ploy inhabits a speculative future in which mystical archetypes collide with contemporary figures, blurring the boundaries between possession, performance, and power.
Moving between ritual, science fiction, and political fiction, the work explores how stories shape perception and how systems of belief become embedded within the body. Through layered sound, language, and theatrical imagery, the performance invites audiences into an uncanny landscape where fate, manipulation, and desire become increasingly difficult to distinguish.
